- To conduct product and process risk analysis and identification.
- To conduct aesthetic, functionality & safety verification of the product.
- To conduct physical inspection for manufacturing production (local and oversea), to monitor the manufacturing quality of the production undertaking.
- Communicate with supplier on the product quality expectation and perform supplier factory audit to monitor production progress and quality, identification, and report to the management on problems / non-conformance found.
- To verify finished product specifications as per legislative requirements, ensure that the produced goods adhere to ISO standards and other relative legal regulations.
- Recording and documentation of inspections, factories audits, ensuring Production and QA team were updated on the outcome of inspections and factories audits.
- Investigation of customer complaints and non- conformance issues.
- Preparation of reports and KPI update and in any ad hoc tasks assigned by the HOD.

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
